Last we saw of Matthew (2-0)MMA he was preparing to make the step from amateur to professional at RUFF N TUFF 3. His pro debut was a success as he TKO’d Renaldo Stuart  (0-4)MMA via ground and pound in just 3:55 of Round #1.

Since then he has also bested Carlos ‘Tere’ Garcia making him a perfect 2-0

Matthew’s Next match is a welterweight affair at 170pounds, Taking place on the 27th August. UGP “Ultimo Guerrero en Pie” 7 against Daniel Holguin (3-3)MMA. Daniel is a natural lightweight standing at 5’9, giving up a good deal of reach and weight to 6’2 Matthew Colquhoun although undersized Daniel has notably more experience and should provide a stern test to the ‘Jamaican Prodigy’.

– Dance one song to Warmup
– stretch for 15 minutes. (Note: 45 seconds stretch in between all workouts and sets)
– 3 × 20 regular pushups
– 3 × 30 cross crunches
– 3 × 30 high knees
– 3 × 30 regular crunches
Cool down and 15 minutes stretch.

Today is Burnout Thursday

– Dance one song to Warmup
– stretch for 15 minutes.
Note: *****stretch in between all workouts and sets*****
1. ALL excerise must be done back to back.
2. Rest for 1 minute
3. Repeat the workout once LET’S BEGIN
– 10 regular pushups
– 15 squats
– 10 wide pushups
– 25 crunches
– 10 diamond pushups
REST THEN REPEAT.
Cool down and 15 minutes stretch.

Note: Proper Form and Technique are critical in any productive workout.
